Saffron & Sage Catering Co is a warm, character-driven catering brand built around the joy of food and hospitality. The logo combines a playful illustrated chef mascot with bold, expressive typography to communicate approachability, culinary expertise, and a touch of timeless charm.
The primary wordmark uses Bagdoll Display Regular, a high-contrast serif with elegant swashes that gives the brand name a refined yet lively personality. Paired beneath it is Gallero Vintage Demo Regular, set in a tight, wide-spaced letterspacing style that grounds the composition with a sturdy, classic feel evoking old-world craftsmanship and authenticity.
The color palette tells its own story. Karry, a soft blush-peach, serves as the background tone, gentle and inviting. Traditional Red anchors the mascot and wordmark, projecting passion, appetite, and energy. Carbon Fiber, a deep near-black, lends the tagline bar weight and contrast, ensuring legibility and sophistication.
